Funded by the Department of Labor and Employment – Negros Occidental Field Office (DOLE-NOFO), the initiative was implemented in partnership with the local government. The distribution was led by PESO Manager Marry Ann Arguelles, alongside DOLE TUPAD Coordinators Lislie Tinto, Elisa Helalim, and Jonalyn Rasonable, with the active support of Sipalay Public Employment Service Office personnel and local barangay officials.
